Optimizes the company's overall Talent Acquisition function. Works closely with HR Business Partner (HRBPs)and hiring managers to ensure sourcing and hiring strategies are followed and provides periodic updates to the wider people function and Talent Acquisition team and business on market trends/position/conditions.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
• Serves as the strategic partner to the hiring manager for delivering the end-to-end talent acquisition process for all assigned roles.
• Acts as a trusted advisor to the business and an ABB ambassador to candidates by understanding the hiring needs and delivering a targeted sourcing and attraction strategy.
• Holds subject matter expertise to proactively source, engage, and maintain relationships with talent possessing capabilities and skills critical to ABB.
• Acts as a talent acquisition advisor and partner for the business(es) by developing a deep understanding of the business, proactively building relationships with hiring managers, and strategically advising them on talent matters throughout the entire talent acquisition process, including, sourcing, attraction, assessment, offer and market conditions.
• Focuses on proactive candidate management and pipeline building by leveraging cutting-edge sourcing routes and attraction campaigns.
• Ensures excellence in recruitment methods and processes applied at ABB by facilitating transparent, evidence-based talent acquisition process while acting as a recruitment project manager and subject matter expert and recommending new practices, processes, or policies to improve the Talent Acquisition function
• Masters tools and systems to navigate ABB’s talent acquisition systems effectively, utilizing them for informed data-driven decision making and enhancing recruitment effectiveness. Assists by proactively recommending changes to talent acquisition system functionalities and supporting systems implementation/upgrades.
• Maintains data quality and enables on-demand data to drive insights and informed decision making. Leverages insights into market circumstances to set expectations and make data-informed recommendations that shape recruitment strategy.
• Assists in implementing global, business area, and local talent acquisition strategy within their own area of functional responsibility, in alignment with group guidance, policy, and procedures.
• Focuses on continuous improvement by recommending, developing, and assisting in the implementation of special programs in recruitment, sourcing, talent attraction, and employer branding.

• Implements and continuously optimizes HR talent acquisition processes and procedures within the area of functional responsibility in alignment with the business area and group guidance, policy, and procedures.

Must-have Skills:
End to end recruitment
Profound knowledge of English language
At least 3 years of experience in recruitment, international recruitment would be an advantage
