We are looking for a dynamic and versatile HR Generalist to join our team. In this role, you will support various HR functions and play an active part in key projects related to employer branding, diversity & inclusion initiatives, employee engagement, and internal communications. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with onboarding and orientation of new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
- Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR-related mattersю
- Maintain HR records and systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Coordinate HR projects, related to supporting internal HR operations, employee encouragement events and etc.
- Stay informed about employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree is required
- Experience in HR roles, with a focus on recruitment and employee relations
- Kowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of Kazakh, Russian & English (B2 and higher) languages is requiered
