AIFC Authority is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will drive our sales strategy, attract and retain customers, and ensure the smooth organization of corporate events.

Key responsibilities:

  • Market analysis & strategy:

    • Conduct market analysis and monitoring to identify opportunities and trends.
    • Develop and implement long-term sales strategies and plans for increasing sales.
  • Customer acquisition & retention:

    • Attract new clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
    • Build and manage a comprehensive customer database.
  • Event promotion & coordination:

    • Promote conference and meeting room rental services through social media and collaboration with the PR department and third-party organizations.
    • Stay up-to-date with trends and innovations in corporate event organization.
    • Provide consultations to potential customers on hall rentals and assist in selecting suitable conference/meeting rooms based on their needs.
    • Coordinate event logistics, including working with cleaning, engineering, catering, and other teams to ensure flawless execution.
    • Act as the primary point of contact during events, resolving any issues that arise.
    • Analyze event success and prepare detailed reports.
  • Operational & administrative tasks:

    • Handle conference room reservations and maintain effective key control.
    • Deliver service agreements, maintain proper records, and ensure compliance with labor protection and safety regulations.
    • Conduct the procurement process for necessary services to enhance sales promotion.
    • Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Minimum requirements:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).

Experience & skills:

  • At least 3 years of experience in sales and marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of client attraction techniques and social selling skills.
  • Proficiency in strategic planning and analysis.

Languages:

  • Proficiency in Kazakh, Russian, and English (Intermediate level or higher).

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
