Job duties:
Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote the school
Analyze market trends and demographics to identify and target potential student populations.
Oversee the creation of promotional materials, including brochures, website content, and social media.
Maintain strong relationships with parents, potential parents, and the local community to support recruitment and retention.
Organize and participate in open days, school fairs, and other promotional events.
Develop the marketing policy of the LLP based on the analysis and forecasting of consumer demand for services.
Coordinate the activities of the department for the collection and analysis of commercial and economic information, and the creation of data for marketing services.
Organize the development of a strategy for conducting advertising events in the media, participation in industry exhibitions, fairs, trade shows to inform potential consumers and expand sales markets.
Prepare proposals for the formation of the Company's corporate identity and corporate design of advertising Services and ensure their implementation.
Participate with other departments in the development of proposals and recommendations for changing the technical, economic and other characteristics of the Services in order to improve its consumer qualities.
Educational Requirements:
A bachelor's degree in education, business administration, marketing, or a related field.
Master’s degree preferred.
Experience:
Experience in marketing and admissions roles, preferably in an educational setting.
British educational standards and curriculum knowledge will be an advantage.
Knowledge and Skills:
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to inspire and engage with prospective students and parents.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, capable of handling multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
Ability to solve conflicts, maintain confidentiality and remain open to various ideas and viewpoints.
Be personable with the ability to easily communicate with people from widely varying backgrounds.
Provide coordination for team tasks and direction on individual assignments.
