Technical planing engineer

Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience in planning, cost estimation, and quantity surveying on large-scale building construction project

Strong understanding of construction planning, scheduling techniques (including critical path method), and resource allocation

Proficiency in project management and planning software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, and MS Excel

Solid knowledge of quantity take-off, cost estimation, and preparation of Bill of Quantities (BOQ) in accordance with standard methods of measurement

•Experience with contract administration, variation orders, and claims management

•Ability to review and evaluate technical drawings, specifications, and construction schedules

•Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy

•Familiarity with FIDIC or other international standard forms of contract is an advantage

• Fluent in Russian and English (both written and verbal); knowledge of Korean is advantage

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team)

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field

• Experience of at least 5 years and Must speak English at least in B2 level

• Ability to work with project documentation.

• Project management from the beginning to the receipt of all documents.

• Know the technological processes of construction.

• Understand design documentation and construction mechanics.

• Knowledge of Autocad, MS Excel, MS Word, Power Point.
