Coordinate deployment, conduct on-site acceptance, and track regional progress.
Implement integrated deployment plans and assign tasks to the CW&TI team.
Provide support to CW/TI subcontractor teams during installation and site cleanup.
Manage CW&TI team activities in compliance with specifications, guidelines, and procedures.
Coordinate with other service departments within the project to ensure on-site deployment meets project requirements.
Compare TSSR and BOM with actual site conditions and prepare material requests if needed.
Support warehouse processes (e.g., site order collection).
Oversee material coordination for the CW&TI team.
Remain on-site to ensure work adheres to client/company/safety protocols.
Conduct on-site quality control and testing per client/company standards.
Enforce safety and quality compliance among all personnel.
Define and execute internal/external equipment installation and deployment.
Lead regional meetings and prepare reports.
Generate and update deployment reports, including risk analysis.
Provide troubleshooting support for subcontractors.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Telecommunications or related field.
Expert knowledge of GSM/UMTS/LTE CW&TI; SWAP project experience preferred.
Strong understanding of telecom equipment construction and installation standards.
3–5 years of experience in a similar role within telecom.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Knowledge of telecom network construction, acceptance processes, and technologies.
Experience in task management and supervising TI teams.
Language: Intermediate English.
