Chief Project Engineer

• Manage and supervise engineering projects from design to implementation.
• Coordinate project planning, execution, and reporting processes.
• Lead and participate in project meetings to ensure alignment across all stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, contractors, and clients.
• Monitor budgets, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful project execution.
• Review and validate technical documentation and design specifications.
• Provide technical support during construction, installation, and commissioning phases.
• Prepare progress reports and present project updates to senior management.
• Conduct risk assessments and propose mitigation measures for ongoing projects.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• At least 5 years of higher technical education and practical experience in the field Electircal Engineering.
• Proficiency in Uzbek, Russian, and English languages.
• Ability to work with Microsoft Office, AutoCAD (Kompas), and other relevant software.
• Knowledge of basic marketing and sales principles in the design industry, and excellent interpersonal skills for interacting with customers, business representatives, and contractors.
• Experience in developing commercial proposals (quotations).
• Familiarity with Feasibility Study (FS) procedures and subsequent stages, including methods for assessing economic feasibility of projects.
• Proficient with analytical software tools such as Microsoft Project, Asana, Bitrix24, or similar.
• Strong understanding of design development processes and the ability to build relationships between customer requirements and project capabilities.
• Experience in conducting and analyzing engineering surveys, and site and route evaluation methods.
• Ability to assess risks and perform comparative analysis of alternative solutions.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory documentation, design standards, and compliance requirements; ability to coordinate changes with stakeholders and supervisory authorities.
• Excellent skills in report preparation, analysis, and documentation arrangement.
• Knowledge of contract law principles and basic contract negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in planning and controlling design works using project management and scheduling tools.
• Comprehensive knowledge of technical and design documentation structure and requirements.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with knowledge of construction and design processes.
• Proficiency in project cost control, resource management, and coordination.
• Experience in leading project teams, managing tasks, resolving conflicts, and finding compromises.
• Awareness of modern technical solutions and technologies, with the ability to implement innovations at the project site.
• Strong presentation and defense skills for design solutions, as well as the ability to work with expert bodies and structures.
• Experience in author supervision, construction process oversight, and facility commissioning.
• Advanced documentation skills, including data collection, systematization, and analytical processing.
• Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and quickly learn new tasks and competencies.

SALARY & DURATION

• The salary for this position is highly competitive and will be determined based on the candidate’s qualifications and experience. This will be discussed during the interview process. The role is offered on a contract basis, with the contract duration to be agreed upon during the hiring discussions.
