Operations Manager with Operations Control Function

VFS Global, the world’s largest outsourcing and technology services specialist for governments and diplomatic missions worldwide, is looking for a Operations Manager with Operations Control Function in Minsk

Purpose of the role:

To support the business objective of monitoring compliance to various policies-, procedures-, and contracts-led requirements for Operations.

Responsibilities:

• Overall understanding and knowledge of the Operations process in Visa Application Center.
• Ensure compliance to all existing processes and meet the defined Service Level Agreements.
• Implement and maintain the Quality and Environmental Management System.
• Conduct regular audits of all processes for compliance with VFS Global internal principles, policies and procedures.
• Maintain compliance with service level agreements for all processes and ensure that standard operating procedures, guidelines etc. are followed without any deviations
• Ensure that no penalties are applied and monitor, track and resolve internal errors.
• Track, report and support closure of remediation actions emerging from observations.

Requirements:

• Higher Education
• Managerial experience
• Working experience and / or Certified courses in risk management/ audit (preferable but not mandatory)
• Critical analysis of process flows skills
• At least Upper-Intermediate in English is a must.
