KPMG is seeking a Manager (DPP Audit & Assurance) to join our Almaty team. You will play a key role in supporting the DPP Assurance team, providing guidance on audit methodology, and contributing to various audit-related projects. As our Manager (DPP Audit & Assurance), you will:
- Audit Consultation: Research and respond to mandatory and non-mandatory audit consultations, ensuring alignment with International Standards of Auditing (ISA), ISAE, and ISRE.
- Methodology Guidance: Provide expert advice on KPMG's audit framework.
- Team Support: Coach audit teams during consultations and provide input throughout the process.
- Training & Content Preparation: Prepare content for audit updates and training sessions for KPMG staff and partners.
- Standards Research: Stay updated on local standards and ISA developments through research and participation in topic teams.
- Regulatory Reviews: Assist in regulatory reviews and internal quality inspections, supporting engagement partners with methodology-related issues.
- Project Management: Support senior staff in project management and implementation of specific projects within DPP Assurance.

- Fluent in English.
- At least 2 years of experience as an Audit Manager or Assistant Manager.
- Practical experience in applying auditing standards in audit engagements.
