Costing & Financial Spesialist
We are looking for a detail‑oriented and proactive Costing & Financial Spesialist to join our finance team. This role is responsible for deep cost analysis, SKU‑level profitability evaluation, budgeting support, and preparation of financial performance reports. The position requires strong analytical skills, ability to work with complex data sets, and close collaboration with production, marketing, and commercial teams.
Key Responsibilities
1. Costing Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze monthly and year‑to‑date actual raw material (RM) and packaging material (PM) costs compared with Budget and prior Actuals.
- Perform component‑level SKU cost analysis to identify price vs. volume impact.
- Prepare summaries highlighting products with the highest cost influence and provide commentary on cost changes.
- Update SKU COGS for P&L based on pure P&L reports.
2. Sales & Country-Level Profitability
- Update country‑level sales reports using latest SKU P&L information.
- Support management with profitability insights by region and product.
3. Management Reporting (MCC, KPI & Bridge)
- Update the MCC report with SKU P&L and performance metrics.
- Prepare KPI reports and financial bridges based on finalized MCC and performance data.
4. Transfer Pricing (TP)
- Update transfer pricing for export markets (Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan) based on YTD 6‑month production actuals.
5. Forecasting
- Prepare quarterly forecasts (Q1–Q4) using actual historical production data and budget assumptions.
6. Budget Costing
- Build and update the annual costing file for the Budget cycle.
- Collect required inputs:
- Recipes and wastage data from Production
- Pricing from Procurement
- SKU portfolio from Marketing
- Compare cost outputs with YTD consumption and FIFO prices.
- Deliver the final Budget Costing File.
7. Special Cost Calculations
- Prepare cost calculations for New Year gifts and other promotional gift SKUs, including recipe parameters and direct labor costs.
- Support costing and P&L feasibility analysis for new product developments.
8. Imported Products & Landed Cost
- Calculate landed cost for imported SKUs, including invoice pricing, logistics, and associated expenses.
- Prepare profitability analysis for imported products.
9. Ad‑Hoc Support
- Handle various management requests, including transfer pricing scenarios, landed cost calculations, P&L comparisons, and other analytical tasks.
Qualifications
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- Strong experience in costing, financial analysis, or management reporting.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with ERP systems (preferably JDE) is a plus.
- Strong analytical thinking, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work cross‑functionally.
