We are seeking a highly analytical and motivated Investment Analyst to support investment origination, financial analysis, due diligence, and transaction execution across a diversified portfolio of investment opportunities.
Candidates progressing through the CFA Program will be strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
1. Investment Analysis & Financial Modeling
- Build and maintain advanced financial models (DCF, project finance, M&A valuation models)
- Conduct valuation analysis (NPV, IRR, sensitivity analysis, scenario modeling)
- Perform industry benchmarking, trading comps, and precedent transaction analysis
- Prepare investment memorandums and internal approval materials
2. Transaction Execution Support
- Assist in due diligence (financial, operational, legal coordination)
- Coordinate data room review and document analysis
- Support structuring of equity, debt, and hybrid instruments
- Assist in negotiation preparation and transaction documentation review
3. Market & Industry Research
- Conduct macroeconomic, sector, and competitive analysis
- Monitor portfolio company performance and prepare reporting materials
4. Portfolio Monitoring
- Track KPIs, financial performance, and covenant compliance
- Support board materials and investor reporting
- Assist in exit modeling and value creation analysis
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or related field
- Master’s degree is a plus
- CFA Level I passed or active progress toward CFA designation preferred
Experience:
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in:
- Investment banking
- Private equity / venture capital
- Corporate finance
- Big4 Transaction Advisory / Valuation
- Asset management
Technical Skills:
- Advanced Excel (financial modeling proficiency required)
- Strong PowerPoint presentation skills
- Experience with financial databases (Bloomberg, Capital IQ, Refinitiv) is a plus
- Understanding of IFRS / financial statements analysis
- Ability to build fully integrated 3-statement models
