Junior Business Operations Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Business Operations Specialist to support the smooth functioning of business processes across departments. In this role, you will work on a variety of operational tasks, gain hands-on experience, and contribute to maintaining high standards while helping improve internal processes.

Responsibilities:

• Contracts and other documentation drafting and workflow administration

• Updating tracking systems and helping to maintain operational processes

• Preparing and updating basic P&L-related models and other reports

• Ensuring the integrity and accuracy of data within company systems

• Analyzing data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement

• Communicating effectively with team members across different departments

• Participating in cross-functional discussions and contributing ideas

• Proactively learning key concepts in business operations and seeking opportunities to acquire new skills through independent study and teamwork

Requirements:

• B2 level or higher proficiency in English, both written and verbal

• Recent graduate, preferably with a degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and basic business acumen

• Capability to prioritize tasks and effectively handle multiple responsibilities

• Attention to detail combined with a solution-driven approach to challenges

• Clear and professional communication with a focus on collaboration across departments

• Demonstrated eagerness to learn and grow professionally through self-development
