Senior ERP Consultant

Andersen is hiring a Senior ERP Consultant (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central) to lead ERP implementations and deliver scalable business solutions across international projects.

Andersen is a pre-IPO software development company that provides a full cycle of services, following project management standards and best practices. The project is focused on building and scaling a new ERP integrator practice centered on the Microsoft ecosystem, with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central as the primary platform. The initiative aims to deliver end-to-end ERP solutions for mid-market companies while expanding toward a multi-vendor ERP strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Leading discovery workshops (Finance, SCM, Manufacturing where applicable).
• Conducting Fit/Gap analysis.
• Defining high-level solution architecture (functional).
• Preparing ROM and budgetary estimations.
• Supporting RFP responses.
• Presenting solutions to CFO / COO level stakeholders.
• Identifying risks and scope boundaries.
• Acting as Solution Owner during implementation.
• Validating functional design decisions.
• Supporting PM in scope control.
• Ensuring solution consistency across modules.
• Participating in steering committee meetings.
• Supporting change request assessment.

Must-have:

• Experience in ERP consulting for 6–10+ years.
• Experience in 3–5+ full-cycle implementations.
• Experience participating in or leading presales.
• Strong Business Central expertise.
• Ability to estimate projects and structure scope.
• Experience managing or mentoring 2–5 consultants.
• Strong experience in Finance (GL, AP/AR, consolidation).
• Experience in ERP migration projects is highly valued (e.g., from Odoo or other systems).
• Strong experience in Supply Chain (Procurement, Inventory, Sales).
• Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above.

Nice to have:

• Strong experience in Basic Manufacturing.
• Exposure to Tier-1 ERP (e.g., SAP or Oracle).
• Experience in Distribution, Manufacturing, or Holding structures.
• Experience in MENA projects.
