Transsion Holding is looking for a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to lead brand growth, strengthen market presence, and drive impactful marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies – create comprehensive online and offline marketing plans that support brand growth and business objectives while effectively managing marketing budgets.
- Lead brand campaigns and events – plan and deliver high-impact brand activations, product launches, and large-scale marketing events that increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Drive digital marketing performance – manage social media platforms, digital advertising campaigns, and performance tracking to maximize reach, engagement, and ROI.
- Strengthen brand reputation – collaborate with influencers, KOLs, and regional PR partners to build strong brand advocacy and enhance brand perception in the market.
- Manage external partners and media relations – coordinate with media agencies, PR partners, creative agencies, and production teams to ensure consistent brand communication and campaign execution.
- Analyze market insights – collect and evaluate market intelligence, industry trends, and competitive data to support strategic marketing decisions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the consumer electronics, technology sector or FMCG.
- Fluent English and Russian with the ability to use it as a working language.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Highly results-driven, proactive, and able to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
