We are looking for an experienced and strategic Head of Marketing to lead and build the Marketing Department from the ground up. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing marketing strategy, managing projects, strengthening brand positioning, and driving talent attraction through digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement the company’s marketing strategy

Lead and manage marketing projects and campaigns

Build and supervise the marketing team

Manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Website)

Strengthen employer brand for attracting office staff (Uzbekistan) and drivers (USA)

Coordinate with HR and Operations departments

Analyze performance metrics and optimize marketing efforts
Key Requirements:

Strong project management skills

Experience in digital marketing and brand development

Excellent communication skills (English preferred)
