We are looking for a HR L&D Associate to be a part of our HR team located in Kyrgyzstan.

What We Expect:

• Analysis and creating of training programs for employees
• Timely and effective recruitment
• Organizing of assessments
• Conducting and organizing training
• Maintaining a database of completed trainings

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience in recruitment, learning and development.
• Attention to detail, ability to collaborate and work in a team
• Project management skills, communication skills
• Confident user of MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Upper-intermediate level of English or higher
