Customer Support Specialist in US Moving Company

Schedule: 8:00/9:00 PM – 4:00/5:00 AM (Astana time)
Work Format: Remote (supporting U.S.-based operations)

About Us

We are a U.S.-based moving company. We are looking for a responsible and motivated Customer Support Specialist who is comfortable working night hours and communicating confidently in English.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat

• Provide accurate information about services and processes

• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently

• Maintain clear records of customer interactions

• Coordinate with internal teams when necessary

• Deliver excellent customer experience at all times

Requirements

• English level B2 or higher (clear spoken and written communication is required)

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work night shifts (8/9 PM – 4/5 AM Astana time)

• Responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented

• Previous customer service experience is a plus
