Marketing Supervisor

We are an international company and the official distributor of the realme brand in Kazakhstan. We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Marketing Supervisor to help with product launches, influencer collaborations, digital campaigns, and partnership activities.

Responsibilities:

• Develop the positioning of the realme brand in Central Asia (Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan) based on the global positioning and brand strategy provided by the headquarters; formulate the marketing plan in line with annual business objectives.

• Organize local research to validate target audience data (quantitative surveys, qualitative interviews, focus groups) and develop detailed customer personas.

• Represent the realme brand in communications with partners, including clients, telecom operators, and other brands.

• Ensure the execution of integrated marketing campaigns during product launch periods: negotiate with KOLs and coordinate the publication of official content.

• Maintain partnerships with universities and develop student fan communities.

• Monitor the operational budget, ensure adherence to marketing project timelines, and manage smartphone and IoT device samples.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience; experience in consumer electronics, PR, or influencer marketing is preferred.

• Fluent in English, Russian, and Kazakh for business communication; knowledge of Chinese will be an advantage.

• Strong sense of responsibility, results-oriented mindset, and clear professional goals.

• Willingness to work full-time in the office in Almaty
