Corporate Marketing Communication Part-Leader

Responsibilities:

​- Manage own team members, work distribution, and overall project delivery
​- Form and follow CSR/SMM/PR strategy and projects according to priority areas outlined in the global policy and local needs
- ​Establish cooperation with new partners, government bodies, and international organizations
​- Coordinate the work of Media / PR / SMM agencies and charity foundations
​- Collaborate with mass media and influencers
​- Accompany mass media representatives or employees on events dedicated to the launch and promotion of products and projects
​- Write articles, press releases, and other text content in Russian and English

​Requirements:
​- High education (PR, Communications, Journalism, or related fields)
- ​3+ years of proven experience as a PR Manager or in a leadership communication role
- ​Deep knowledge in SMM and CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) spheres
- ​Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
​- Excellent organizing and leadership skills (experience in managing people)
​- English — Upper-Intermediate or higher (for global reporting and documentation)
​- Kazakh language — highly preferred
​- Excellent writing skills in both Russian and English
