Technical Project Manager

A Stealth-mode AI-powered Cloud-Native Health-Tech is looking for a Technical Project Manager.

The Business Domain revolves around providing Better Care for the US Patients; meaning, it’s about Treating Patients well. The company was founded more than five years ago. It’s not vaporware, their platform supports US Physician Networks (IPAs) by enabling Smarter, Risk-Adjusted, and more Predictive Care that improves real patient outcomes.

Location and timezone

• We are focused on hiring in time zones overlapping with the US or Western Europe. Also considering additional locations where time zone overlap and payroll compliance can be reliably supported, including certain Eastern European and Middle Eastern countries (Bulgaria, UAE, etc.).

Role:

As the Technical Project Manager for our centralized DevOps team, you will serve as the operational backbone of our DevOps function — driving alignment, delivery, and continuous improvement across all infrastructure, platform, and tooling initiatives. You will act as the connective tissue between the DevOps team and the broader engineering organization, ensuring that platform capabilities are delivered reliably and in sync with product and business Priorities.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and coordinating the centralized DevOps team's day-to-day operations, ensuring work is well-prioritized, tracked, and delivered on time

• Owning the roadmap execution for DevOps initiatives including CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, monitoring and security

• Serving as the primary point of contact for engineering teams consuming DevOps services, managing intake, prioritization, and expectation-setting

• Facilitating agile ceremonies (sprint planning, standups, retrospectives) and establishing consistent delivery rhythms across the DevOps team

• Identifying and removing blockers, managing cross-team dependencies, and escalating risks before they impact delivery

• Driving visibility into DevOps team capacity, workload, and progress through dashboards, status reports, and stakeholder updates

• Continuously improving team processes, tooling, and ways of working in collaboration with engineering leadership

• Contributing to hiring, onboarding, and building a high-performing, collaborative DevOps culture

Requred experience:

• 5+ years of experience in technical projects, with direct experience supporting or embedding within a DevOps, platform, or infrastructure team

• Solid understanding of DevOps principles and practices including CI/CD, infrastructure as code (IaC), cloud operations, and site reliability engineering (SRE)

• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is essential — including core services such as GKE and IAM

• Familiarity with common DevOps tooling such as Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker, GitHub Actions, or similar

• Proven ability to manage a centralized or shared-services team serving multiple internal stakeholders, including intake management and prioritization

• Experience working within agile frameworks and adapting delivery processes to fit infrastructure and ops workflows

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills — able to translate complex technical topics for non-technical audiences and vice versa

• Prior hands-on experience in a DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering role — a strong plus

• Experience in a scaling or high-growth technology organization — preferred

Fundamentals

Deep knowledge of Fundamentals, such as Mathematics, Statistics, Algorithms and Data Structures, etc, is always prioritized.

This role is about evolving solutions through Incremental Delivery rather than a Waterfall-style approach.

Stronger knowledge of Terraform and GCP is always prioritized.
