We’re looking for a Product Specialist to make our In-Vitro Diagnostics team stronger in the market.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and training for marketing, sales, and distributors in Central Asia (Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan).
- Solve product technical problems and provide product technical information to support pre-sales tendering process.
- Assist in formulating product development plans, product positioning, and pricing strategies, competitive strategies and provide advice on international business to the sales team.
- Organize and participate in exhibitions, seminars and give advice on product promotion materials.
- Support product presentations at marketing events (seminars, workshops, academic conferences).
- Use strong product and clinical knowledge to support sales activities and answer customer questions.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with local KOLs and reference hospitals.
- Support assay validation and instrument go-live processes to ensure smooth implementation and high service quality.
- Work closely with R&D and HQ teams to provide proper customer support and ensure successful product/program delivery.
- Conduct market research when needed, collect and analyze marketing information and sales data to have market insight and provide expertise to related department.
Background requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Medicine, Biology, or related field.
- 3+ years of clinical application experience or marketing in In-Vitro Diagnostics, including technical support and after-sales service, with in-depth knowledge of laboratory analyzers, familiar with the workflow, and familiar with related hardware, preferably in hematology, clinical chemistry, or immunology.
- Work experience in clinical laboratories or medical-related fields will be a plus.
- Confident in presenting and discussing clinical data with end users.
- Fluent Russian, Uzbek and good English (for communication with HQ and reviewing materials).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good planning and organizational skills.
- Readiness to travel 30–50% across Uzbekistan.
