Safety Manager

We are looking for a Safety & Compliance Manager to ensure our trucking operations fully comply with FMCSA, DOT, CSA, and HOS regulations. You will oversee driver safety, manage audits, maintain driver files, and implement safety programs to minimize risks and accidents.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure DOT & FMCSA compliance, manage audits;

• Maintain driver qualification files and CSA scores;

• Develop and enforce safety policies and training programs;

• Investigate accidents and implement corrective measures;

• Prepare reports for management and insurance partners;

Requirements:

• 3+ years in US trucking/logistics safety & compliance

• Strong knowledge of FMCSA, DOT, CSA, HOS

• English — Upper-Intermediate or higher
