Lead the development and execution of the company’s regulatory compliance strategy, ensuring alignment with HQ expectations and overall corporate governance standards.
Oversee regulatory change management, ensuring timely identification, interpretation, and implementation of new laws, regulations, and supervisory requirements.
Manage the design, enhancement, and monitoring of the regulatory compliance framework, including policies, procedures, internal controls, and compliance governance.
Provide strategic guidance to senior leadership and business units on regulatory risks, compliance obligations, and risk‑mitigation measures.
Supervise the quality and accuracy of regulatory compliance reporting, ensuring timely submission and consistency with internal and external requirements.
Lead compliance process optimization initiatives, including reviewing workflows, identifying gaps, and implementing tools and best practices.
Ensure effective monitoring of compliance action plans, including tracking remediation activities and reporting status to executive management.
Oversee the periodic review and timely updates of compliance policies, guidelines, and internal regulations.
Drive compliance culture across the organization by leading internal trainings, awareness programs, and advising on complex compliance matters.
Coordinate cross‑functional collaboration with Legal, Risk, Internal Audit, and business units to ensure integrated compliance risk management.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in Regulatory Compliance, Risk Management, Legal, Internal Control, or Audit; experience in a managerial role is preferred.
Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks, supervisory requirements, and compliance best practices.
Proven ability to lead complex compliance initiatives and influence decision‑making at senior levels.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret regulations and translate them into operational requirements.
Strong project management capabilities and experience implementing process improvements.
