The IT company Andersen invites a Regional Sales Manager (Kazakhstan) to join its team.

Andersen is a pre-IPO software development company that provides a full cycle of services. For over 18 years, we have been helping enterprises and middle-sized firms transform their businesses by creating effective digital solutions using innovative technologies.

Today, we are working with businesses from various parts of the world, including North America, Western Europe, Australia, and the UAE. Our expertise covers FinTech, Healthcare, Retail, Telecom, Media & Entertainment, Logistics, Travel & Hospitality, eCommerce, and other industries.

Responsibilities:

  • Expand network to attract new clients and nurture existing relationships.
  • Collaborate with teams & client stakeholders to identify challenges and propose solutions.
  • Re-engage clients for renewed partnerships.
  • Conduct client meetings (including business trips) and C-level negotiations.
  • Proactively resolve client issues and concerns.
  • Drive pre-sales: develop/present strategic solutions and monitor outcomes.
  • Hold presentations, delegate tasks, and coordinate cross-departmental strategy execution.

Requirements:

  • Experience in active sales in Central Asia: at least 3 years.
  • Full sales cycle management: lead qualification, proposal preparation, negotiations, project delivery, support.
  • Understanding of the regional IT landscape and business needs.
  • Domain knowledge in telecommunications, finance, manufacturing, and mining.
  • Structured approach to business and technical negotiations.
  • Systematic methodology for developing long-term sales strategies.
  • Results-driven mindset and strong self-management skills.
  • Willingness to learn IT services and technologies.
  • Availability for regular business trips.
  • Level of English - from Intermediate and above.
