The IT company Andersen invites a Regional Sales Manager (Kazakhstan) to join its team.

Responsibilities:
- Expand network to attract new clients and nurture existing relationships.
- Collaborate with teams & client stakeholders to identify challenges and propose solutions.
- Re-engage clients for renewed partnerships.
- Conduct client meetings (including business trips) and C-level negotiations.
- Proactively resolve client issues and concerns.
- Drive pre-sales: develop/present strategic solutions and monitor outcomes.
- Hold presentations, delegate tasks, and coordinate cross-departmental strategy execution.
Requirements:
- Experience in active sales in Central Asia: at least 3 years.
- Full sales cycle management: lead qualification, proposal preparation, negotiations, project delivery, support.
- Understanding of the regional IT landscape and business needs.
- Domain knowledge in telecommunications, finance, manufacturing, and mining.
- Structured approach to business and technical negotiations.
- Systematic methodology for developing long-term sales strategies.
- Results-driven mindset and strong self-management skills.
- Willingness to learn IT services and technologies.
- Availability for regular business trips.
- Level of English - from Intermediate and above.
