Your day to day:

• Lead the development and execution of engagement and communication strategies;
• Manage digital campaigns along with social and web platforms;
• Develop and implement corporate equity strategies;
• Drive regulatory communications aligned with business and compliance objectives;
• Create and execute media strategies;
• Build and maintain strong media relationships with key outlets and journalists;
• Oversee sustainability initiatives, including sustainability reporting and cross-functional collaboration;
• Monitor regulatory developments and integrate them into communication plans;
• Ensure alignment of all local communication activities with global narratives and stakeholder engagement priorities.

Who we’re looking for:

• Undergraduate and Master’s degree, preferably in Public Affairs, Political Science, Communications, or a related field;

• 10+ years of experience in external or corporate communications and PR, ideally with exposure to highly regulated industries;

• Proven track record in managing public relations and corporate communication strategies;

• Fluency in Kazakh, English and Russian languages (Verbal and written)

• 5+ years of work in regulated sectors such as pharmaceutical, chemical, energy, or construction;

• 3+ years of leadership or people-management experience.
