Service Engineer (In-Vitro Diagnostics) – Central Asia

Based in Almaty, covering Kazakhstan and Mongolia

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver excellence - perform installations, repairs, and maintenance of medical equipment
• Build strong client relationships – Proactively engage with key customers, gather feedback to improve products and satisfaction levels, track and solve issues and collect customer needs, assist marketing in carrying out service activities for key customers and key business opportunities

• Empower service channels – Develop service channels and improve the service capabilities of channels, train and certify local service teams across Central Asia, and support partners to enhance service quality and capabilities
• Drive service revenue – Discover and follow up service business opportunities and achieve the set tasks
• Project Management – Ensure smooth delivery and management of service projects.

We're Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years in technical service in medical devices, in-vitro diagnosctics is preferred.
• Fluent in Russian & Intermediate English (written/spoken), knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach.
• Willingness for frequent business travel across Central Asia region
