Schedule (Chicago Time):
Mon–Fri 9:00 AM–5:30 PM
Sat 9:00 AM–2:30 PM
(30 min break included)
Pay: $1,500–$1,700/month + performance bonuses

About Us
Lake Motor Group is a growing used car dealership group with locations in Indiana, California, and Illinois. We sell the most affordable, reliable pre-owned cars in the US and are expanding our remote team.
Role Overview
We’re looking for a Sales & Marketing Lead who can manage daily sales operations, oversee marketing performance, and help drive overall revenue growth across all locations. This role requires a mix of strategy, hands-on execution, and strong leadership.
Responsibilities
  • Manage daily sales activities and support the team with lead follow-ups and customer communication
  • Speak directly with clients, answer inquiries, and guide them through the sales process
  • Handle customer reviews, concerns, and complaints in a professional and solution-focused manner
  • Work with vendors and marketing service providers, negotiate terms, and coordinate needed services
  • Monitor weekly KPIs: leads, conversions, response times, ad performance, and overall profitability
  • Assist in creating and adjusting marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, automotive marketplaces)
  • Track marketing results and recommend where to increase or decrease budgets
  • Maintain organized sales reports and present key insights to company leadership
  • Improve internal processes to help the team respond faster, convert more leads, and increase profit

Requirements
  • English C1+ (you can comfortably hold a professional conversation and maintain good phone etiquette)
  • Experience in sales or marketing leadership (automotive or other B2C preferred)
  • Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads, social media and online marketplaces will be an advantage
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Hand-on attitude & willingness to learn new things
  • Proactive, independent, and comfortable leading a team

Compensation & Benefits
  • $1,500-$1,700/month base + bonuses based on monthly sales performance
  • Fully remote position aligned with Chicago time zone
