NRS is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager (TPM) to join our dynamic Core Product group. In this critical, hands-on role, you will be the central hub for our most strategic technical projects, responsible for driving them from concept through to a successful launch.
 You will own the complete project lifecycle for key initiatives, whether it's building new internal features or integrating with third-party partners. You will be responsible for all development coordination, testing, and scheduling, ensuring our engineering and product teams are aligned and all blocking issues are resolved. This is a high-visibility role perfect for a TPM who excels at managing complex dependencies and communicating with both technical and business stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
End-to-End Project Management
  - Lead the entire project lifecycle for new feature development and system integrations, from technical discovery and planning to final production release.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and documentation, ensuring all milestones are tracked and met.
- Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and blocking issues; work with engineering leadership and product managers to find and implement solutions.
Stakeholder & Team Coordination
  - Work closely with Product Managers to translate business requirements into clear, actionable technical tasks for the development team.
- Coordinate timelines and align expectations between all internal stakeholders (Product, Engineering, Management) and external partners.
- Act as the primary technical liaison for project teams, ensuring clear communication and removing obstacles.
- When required, represent NRS to third-party integration partners, developing an understanding of their APIs, documentation, and support systems.
Communication & Reporting
  - Manage all project communication channels, ensuring the team and leadership are fully informed of project status, risks, and changes.
- Provide clear and concise weekly status reports to the CTO and VP Engineering.
- Deliver periodic reports and presentations to business stakeholders and other NRS departments to demonstrate project deliverables and progress.
Requirements:
  - 5+ years of proven experience in technical project management, with a strong track record of delivering complex software projects on schedule.
- Expert-level proficiency in Jira for managing complex project backlogs, creating timelines, tracking dependencies, and generating reports.
- Deep understanding of the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), including testing and QA processes.
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, including product managers, engineers, and external partners, to align on a single goal.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Experience managing system integrations with third-party vendors and external APIs is a strong plus.
