As Senior Project Manager, you will get the opportunity to be part of our Fintech&Banking Business Practice to engage with stakeholders, users and decision makers using workshops and formal presentations.
As a Senior IT Project Manager at our company, you’ll lead projects from start to finish, ensuring they meet their goals, deadlines, budget, and quality standards

• Managing projects from initiation to closure, ensuring deliverables meet scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards.
• Engaging and aligning senior stakeholders internally and externally
• Managing client engagements towards common success goals, ensuring client satisfaction through proactive delivery.
• Identifying, assessing, and managing project risks and issues
• Managing large-scale financial system implementation, integrations and migrations
• Collaborating with product teams to align project outcomes with product capabilities and facilitate effective communication.
• Managing project budgets, forecasting, and reporting on revenue and margins.
• Collaborating with sales teams on pre-sales tasks, aligning client needs with project delivery capabilities

• Extensive experience in project management within the FinTech and Banking sectors, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
• Strong skills in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
• In-depth understanding of financial technologies and banking systems, bridging technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong negotiation skills and adept at managing stakeholder expectations.
• Analytical and strategic thinking skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving and delivery
• Over 5 years of experience as an IT Project Manager
• English B2+
