Project Manager

• Strategic planning: creation of releases roadmap and sprint planning (together with Team Leads).
• Direct communication with senior management, aligned various stakeholders on product vision.
• Communication with third-party partners to release games: certification authorities, aggregators, operators, etc.
• Games releases management: monitoring deadlines and compliance with procedures.
• Reporting: status on all products in progress and work with project documentation.
• Managing the development of several games at the same time.
• Managing a team of more than 20 people divided into smaller teams (5 teams in total).

• Experience 1-2 years.
• Knowledge of Agile (Scrum, Jira, Confluence).
• English proficiency at least B2 level.

• This role is ideal for someone who thrives in structured environments and has a strong foundation in Waterfall project management, with a focus on operational efficiency and cross-functional alignment.
• Adaptability, attention to detail, and strategic thinking.
• Strong negotiation, mediation, and conflict resolution skills.
