Job summary/Main responsibilities include, and is not limited by
- Manage the full sales cycle for meetings, conferences, and events, from inquiry to post-event feedback

Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event agencies, and key accounts

Prepare commercial proposals, contracts, and event orders in line with brand and service standards

Coordinate with operations, F&B, and banquet teams to ensure flawless event execution

Achieve revenue and conversion targets through proactive sales activities and upselling

Conduct site inspections, presentations, and client negotiations

Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities

Maintain accurate data and reports in OPERA system
Candidate profile
Experience and Education:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, event management, or MICE, preferably within 4–5★ hotels
- Solid understanding of hotel operations, event organization processes, and premium segment sales techniques
- Bachelor’s degree (in Hospitality, Tourism, Marketing, or Business Management preferred)
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong sales, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Proven experience working with corporate clients, agencies, and MICE operators
- Ability to plan, coordinate, and oversee events from inquiry to execution
- Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of Opera/Fidelio is an advantage
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and responsible
- Strong team player with a customer-focused approach
- Actively up-sells each business opportunity to maximize revenue opportunity
- Achieves personal and team related revenue goals
- Verifies business is turned over properly and in a timely fashion for proper service delivery
- Responsible for driving customer/guest loyalty by delivering service excellence throughout each customer/guest experience
- Provides service to customers in order to grow the account on behalf of the company
