We are looking for an ambitious and result-driven Sales Team Lead to join our teams on Fintech, iGaming and Software to help us expand our client base in these areas and improve the sales strategy for advertising campaign management services with bloggers around the world.
Team Leadership
Recruit, onboard, and train new sales managers
Lead 1:1 meetings, monitor KPIs, and support team members in achieving their targets
Contribute to shaping team motivation systems and performance evaluation methods
Optimize workflows, set clear goals, track progress, and delegate effectively
Oversee CRM structure and improve sales funnel setup and reporting processes
Strategy and Growth
Develop and optimize outbound lead generation funnels
Analyze performance metrics and identify growth opportunities
Implement sales best practices and process automation
Improve conversion rates across all stages of the sales pipeline
Collaborate closely with marketing and account management teams
Sales and Business Development
Identify and engage new clients in the Fintech, iGaming, and Software verticals
Manage the full B2B sales cycle: from outreach to deal closure
Drive lead generation through LinkedIn, social media, networking, and cold outreach
Keep CRM (HubSpot) records updated with accurate deal and pipeline information
Requirements
2+ years in B2B sales within Influencer Marketing/Affiliate/Media Buying
Proven success in international markets (Tier-1: US, Europe)
Prior experience as a sales team lead or head of sales: hiring, coaching, setting and tracking KPIs, optimizing workflows
Strong knowledge of outbound sales strategies and sales funnel management
Proficiency with CRM systems (especially HubSpot) and Google Workspace
Excellent English communication skills (Upper-Intermediate level or higher)
