Night Customer Support (crypto)

CLS Global is a fintech company specializing in B2B trading services on the blockchain market.

Our company's revenue has grown by 80% over the past year, and we are not going to stop there.Our products are focused on creating real value for customers.

At the moment we are looking for a Customer support specialist, who can respond to customer inquiries on the night shift (5 days a week from 00:00 to 09:00 Moscow time).

What you will do:

• Client Trading Monitoring

• Bot management and optimization tasks

• Customer communication support

• Develop yourself in the field of finance, trading, and IT

To join us you need to:

• Be fluent Russian speaker and have at least an upper-intermediate English level

• Be very disciplined and tactful, be able to find an approach to any client

• Have problem-solving skills

• Have experience and knowledge in crypto, trading
