Key Responsibilities
1. Program and Partner Coordination
- Act as the main liaison with Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh Business School, and the Kuehne Foundation.
- Coordinate communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
2. Academic Operations
- Manage the full student lifecycle, including recruitment, registration, scholarships, and tuition coordination.
- Oversee curriculum delivery, monitor student progress, and ensure program quality and compliance.
3. Faculty Management
- Recruit and coordinate qualified instructors and tutors.
- Support teaching staff with scheduling, materials, and communication.
4. International Student Support
- Facilitate international student visa and mobility processes, focusing on South Korea, the USA, China, and Central Asia.
5. Events and Training Management
- Plan and implement seminars, roundtables, and training programs such as Train-the-Trainer (TTT).
- Manage event logistics, including translation and interpretation.
6. Strategic Engagement and Marketing
- Maintain regular communication with key partners and foundations.
- Support marketing and outreach to strengthen GTS/LICA’s visibility and engagement.
7. Project and Performance Management
- Develop and track program plans, KPIs, and reports for senior leadership.
- Continuously improve program efficiency and quality standards.
8. Administrative and Client Support
- Prepare professional correspondence and manage meeting coordination and follow-up.
