Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise, direct, and oversee all media relations, public relations, and corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities of the Group; proactively prevent and manage communication crises to protect the Group’s reputation.
- Identify, manage, and coordinate the handling of issues or situations that may pose risks to the reputation and brand of the Group and its subsidiaries, especially those related to media agencies, customers, and partners.
- Build and strengthen long-term relationships with press and media organizations as well as online communities to ensure positive brand and product/service coverage across media channels.
- Develop and manage the implementation of long-term PR projects to sustain and enhance a reputable and trustworthy brand image among customers and partners.
- Support product and brand marketing communication activities, including preparing press releases, developing media communication plans, editing, and ensuring the quality and consistency of key messages. Ensure PR communication delivers value and contributes to overall business performance for each marketing or product communication campaign.
- Plan and execute community sponsorship and CSR programs to strengthen brand reputation and effectively support business operations in local markets.
Key requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Communication, Journalism, Marketing, or Economics.
Foreign language: English proficiency at C1 level or above.
Computer skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Experience
- Professional experience: At least 8 years of experience in the field of communications/public relations.
- Management experience: At least 6 years of managerial experience.
Knowledge
- General knowledge:
- In-depth understanding of media operations and strong press relations; able to identify influencers and develop effective strategies to minimize negative media impacts on the Group’s reputation.
- Thorough understanding of the Group’s culture and operating system; capable of identifying potential organizational issues and proposing initiatives, engagement programs, and internal events that strengthen corporate culture and support overall business strategy.
- Professional knowledge:
- Solid knowledge of communication techniques combined with analytical skills to develop appropriate PR and communication strategies for Business Marketing and PR teams, tailored to specific target customer groups and evolving market conditions.
