Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote IRBIS HVAC Inc.’s products and services.
• Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns (social media, email marketing, PPC, SEO/SEM).
• Manage content creation for various platforms, ensuring consistent messaging and brand identity.
• Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities and competitive positioning.
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to support lead generation and customer engagement.
• Track, report, and optimize marketing performance metrics to ensure ROI.
• Oversee external marketing vendors and agencies when required.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and strategies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Creativity and ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns.
• Experience in HVAC, construction, or B2B industry is a plus.
