Key Requirements
- 3-7 years of experience in HR management or a related field.
- Upper Intermediate (B2) level of English proficiency.
- Proven track record in developing employee engagement strategies.
- Experience in creating and implementing incentive and motivational programs.
- Strong analytical skills for measuring employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work on-site in Rustavi.
- Strong understanding of corporate culture and values.
- Ability to manage internal communications effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Development and maintenance of a corporate culture based on the company’s values.
- Analysis and implementation of a strategy to increase employee engagement.
- Design and implementation of incentive programs (non-financial motivation).
- Shaping and embedding corporate values through communications and initiatives.
- Planning and running internal events.
- Managing internal communications and communicating the company’s goals and values.
- Analyzing and measuring employee engagement and satisfaction; preparing analytics and recommendations for improvement.
- Participating in the onboarding and adaptation of new employees and integrating them into the corporate environment.
- Analysis of employee turnover; development and implementation of a strategy to reduce it.
