Responsibilities:

1. Analyze and coordinate Dealers activities in A/S operations, determine A/S potential and ensure continuous improvement of A/S KPI`s, achieve A/S targets (spare parts & accessories sales);

2. Evaluate Dealers' service capacities based on service potential (number of working bays, painting and spare parts warehouse capacities);

3. Evaluate Dealers personnel including mechanics, service advisors, warehouse staff, customer service, and ensure the certification of employees in accordance with the training plan at training center (Kia Academy);

4. Conduct Dealer`s audit in line with monthly schedule, evaluate quality of processes and standards in A/S, develop long-term action plan for development of Dealer`s business in A/S;

5. Conduct cross-functional events with spare parts department, marketing department and business development department; participate in promotional events, promotions, seasonal campaigns;

6. Analyze quality of dealers' warranty activities including proper storage of parts replaced under warranty, achievement of target values for recall and service warranty campaigns;

7. Provide effective feedback to dealers to obtain operational data;

8. Identify dealers with low efficiency according to approved KPI`s (sales plans fulfillment for purchase of spare parts and accessories, the presence of body shop or contract with an external body shop, the share of warranty spare parts purchase, debt to the distributor for spare parts and accessories, turnover rate of the dealer's personnel); Send warning letters to dealers with low efficiency, develop and approve action plans to improve efficiency, organize trainings for dealer. Arrange meetings with the dealer's management. Send information to the Business Development Department;

9. Provide comprehensive support to Kia Department's management such as creation and prep of business presentations and reports in accordance with Department's performance;

10. Monitor the implementation of Sales & A/S procedures and pricing procedures at dealer centers, provide support for the implementation of standards and procedures, compliance with policies adopted by Kia in order to maintain Kia Brand power and increase sales.

Requirements:

  • Engineering or managerial degree are preferred
  • Previous experience in automotive business (dealer or distributor) from 5+ years
  • English proficiency at B2 level
  • Awareness of dealers’ service and sales processes
  • Initiative and proactive approach
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)
