Project Manager

The role is in the international company (direct sales).

Обязанности:

• Project Management & Planning:
  • Develop, maintain, and execute a comprehensive project plan, including defining scope, timelines, and budgets (estimated at $200,000).
  • Prioritize tasks, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure adherence to deadlines.
  • Track project progress, maintain documentation, and prepare regular reports for regional and global leadership.
• Cross-functional Collaboration:
  • Collaborate closely with global departments (Marketing, Operations, Sales, Innovations, Legal, Finance, and Analytics) to gather requirements, analyze data, and make informed decisions.
• Serve as the key liaison between local teams and global stakeholders.
• Team Leadership & Resource Management:
  • Form and lead cross-functional project teams.
  • Identify and secure necessary resources, coordinating with global and local leadership.
• Process Optimization & Deadline Adherence:
  • Ensure all teams adhere to project deadlines.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and flexibility.
• Risk Management & Issue Resolution:
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks (e.g., regulatory compliance, production delays).
  • Develop contingency plans and ensure prompt resolution of any issues.
• Communication & Reporting:
  • Maintain regular communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare reports on project progress, milestones, and key findings for management.

• Related Experience (years) - 5+

• Background in international project management, preferably with experience in packaging, regulatory compliance, or supply chain management.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential for seamless coordination across Marketing, Operations, Sales & Innovations, Analytics, and Inventory teams.

• Understanding of business principles, market dynamics, and financial implications.
• Proven experience in successfully leading and driving cross-functional projects.
