The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for developing e-commerce tools and digital products for Amway customers and ABOs in Kazakhstan, ensuring alignment with Amway’s global strategy and standards. This role requires a visionary leader who can drive innovation, prioritize initiatives through data-driven insights, and manage the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch and continuous improvement.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Product Strategy & Vision
- Develop and own the product roadmap, aligning local market needs with Amway’s global digital strategy.
- Champion the vision and secure stakeholder buy-in across functions.
Discovery & Innovation
- Conduct continuous user discovery, market research, and competitor analysis.
- Validate ideas through prototyping and experimentation before scaling.
Data-Driven Prioritization
- Define, track, and analyze KPIs (conversion, engagement, ROI).
- Partner with business units to integrate commercial data and prioritize initiatives that maximize business impact.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Lead and inspire cross-functional teams across Technology, Marketing, Sales, Legal, and Operations.
- Advocate for agile methodologies and manage external vendors.
Stakeholder Management
- Build strong partnerships with global product teams and local functions to gather requirements, align priorities, and secure buy-in.
Full Product Lifecycle Ownership
- Manage the entire lifecycle from concept to launch and iteration.
- Validate user stories, coordinate go-to-market plans, and drive continuous product improvements.
Business Acumen
- Develop, plan, and oversee budgets for product initiatives.
- Partner with finance and project management to ensure alignment.
Digital Excellence
- Provide thought leadership on emerging digital tools and best practices.
- Promote a culture of innovation across digital organization.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/ Computer Science/ Engineering/ Management or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in digital product management.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Proven track record of leading digital products through launch and scale in an agile environment.
- Strong analytical mindset with expertise in KPIs, ROI analysis, and tools such as Google Analytics.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence across teams and present complex concepts clearly.
- Deep customer-centric mindset with experience in user research, UX design, and Minimum Lovable Product (MLP) development.
- Strong understanding of technology concepts and digital applications for business growth.
- Hands-on experience in financial planning, budgeting, and agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Miro.
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to thrive in ambiguity.
