Investment Manager

Multi-business company in Dubai is looking for an Investment Manager (Russian speaking only).

Responsibilities:

• Analyze investment opportunities: build financial models, conduct company valuations, research industries and key trends.
• Prepare investment memoranda and presentations for the internal investment committee and external partners.
• Participate in due diligence (financial, legal, operational) together with consultants and industry experts.
• Monitor the portfolio: analyze financial statements, identify risks and growth opportunities, develop alternative reporting formats.
• Take part in negotiations with potential partners, investors, and target companies.
• Report directly to the Director of Investments.

Requirements:
University degree in finance, economics, business, or related field; CFA/ACCA (or equivalent) is a strong plus.
5–7 years of experience in investment banking, consulting, private equity, venture capital, or corporate finance.
Excellent financial modeling skills (DCF, comps, LBO), strong accounting and presentation skills.
Outstanding analytical abilities, attention to detail, and ability to structure large volumes of information.
Strong communication and negotiation skills, proven team player.
Fluent English (spoken and written); additional languages will be a plus.
