We’re looking for a hands-on Marketing Automation Specialist to own the automation layer of our outbound GTM engine.
You’ll turn strategic blueprints from GTM lead into scalable, data-driven systems that generate and convert qualified leads across the UK, US markets. This is not a generalist role - you’ll focus on Salesforce workflows, LinkedIn Ads funnels, Clay enrichment, Email-sequences.
Responsibilities
- Build and optimize Salesforce Marketing Cloud workflows for lead capture, scoring, and nurturing.
- Launch and manage LinkedIn Ads funnels (cold → nurture → conversion), including targeting, creatives, and retargeting.
- Integrate Clay for data enrichment and segmentation.
- Execute content and marketing assets (automation only focus).
- Track key metrics, pipeline contribution and optimize based on lead quality.
Requirements
- Portfolio in B2B marketing automation / growth (SaaS, IT services, consulting).
- Proven automation skills in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (must-have).

Hands-on with LinkedIn Ads and different stages funnel builds.
- Experience with Clay, lead magnets, and generally in content distribution and testing.
- Data-driven mindset: fluent in campaign metrics and optimization.

Strong English for ad copy, landing pages, and nurture flows.
