Engineering Procurement Manager (Telecommunication / Data Center)

Duties:

• Develop, implement, and maintain procurement strategies for materials and services to ensure high-quality and timely delivery;

• Lead activities related to RFQ, RFP, and RFI, including developing supplier selection methodologies;

• Establish and maintain long-term relationships with suppliers, covering certification, selection, performance management, portfolio and collaboration development;

• Negotiate and sign contracts with suppliers in accordance with company procurement processes and authorization regulations;

• Ensure compliance with internal control requirements and build a secure and efficient procurement environment;

• Oversee supplier performance throughout the full project delivery cycle.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Business, or related field;
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a field engineer or project manager in telecommunication or data center projects (procurement experience is an advantage, but not mandatory);
• Knowledge of procurement processes (qualification, supplier selection, contracts) and IT system operations;
• Familiarity with material and product knowledge, specifications, application scenarios, evaluation indicators, and delivery processes;
• Strong commercial awareness, including basics of international trade, contracts, compliance, and business etiquette;
• Solid financial knowledge: ability to interpret financial reports, apply financial logic in negotiations, assess risks, and understand cost accounting;
• Previous engineering or project management experience (e.g., Data Center, DC, EPC projects) is highly preferred;
• Fluency in Russian and English (Uzbek is an advantage.

Work Conditions:

• Work in the Tashkent office, near Oybek metro station.
• Working hours: 9: 00-18: 00 (lunch break 12: 30-13: 30).
• Working days: Monday - Friday (5/7)
• Days off: Saturday, Sunday.
• Probation period: 3 months.
• Working language: English (spoken English proficiency required; the interview will be conducted in English).
