We’re now looking for talented and driven Senior Recruiter to join our team!

What You’ll Do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for Digital and C-level roles (SMM, Customer Success, Head of Sales, Marketing, etc.) as well as IT positions.

• Source talent using premium LinkedIn tools.

• Conduct in-depth interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.

• Maintain high quality standards — quality over quantity.

• Keep an accurate and up-to-date pipeline in our CRM.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 2+ years of proven experience in closing Digital/C-level roles (SMM, Customer Success, Head of Sales, etc.).

• Interest in working with IT positions, as well as willingness to work with iGaming / Adult domains.

• From 1 year of experience in a recruitment agency / outsourcing / outstaffing company.

• Readiness to work within our KPI system, where the fixed salary is tied to the number of management-approved, relevant candidates (approx. 25–30 per month).

• A results-driven mindset with a focus on quality.

• Ability to self-manage, take ownership, and be accountable for outcomes.

• Adaptability, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach.
