Senior Affiliate Manager (iGaming)

Key Responsibilities:

• Affiliate Recruitment: Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners on Social Media platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Telegram, etc).

• Portfolio Management: Manage and grow relationships with existing affiliates, ensuring they are motivated and performing at their best.

• Performance Optimization: Monitor and analyze affiliate performance, implementing strategies to maximize revenue and conversion rates.

• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities to expand the affiliate network.

• Negotiation & Contracts: Negotiate commission structures and contracts with affiliates, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.

• Reporting: Provide regular reports on affiliate performance, revenue generation, and growth opportunities.

• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align affiliate strategies with overall business objectives.

Requirements:

— Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience working as full-cycle Affiliate Manager with gambling/betting product.

— Skills: Solid experience working with influence traffic and coordinating RevShare(%) deals;

— Language: Advanced English;

— Competencies: Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term partnerships.

— Motivation: A results-driven individual with a hunger for success and a strong work ethic.

— Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the iGaming markets, including key players, trends, and technologies.Understanding the specifics of Affiliate Marketing (traffic sources, payment models, fraud, etc).
