Based in Dubai, an established boutique real estate investment firm provides top-notch services to high net-worth individuals (HNWI) at all stages of the accommodation process: from choosing, purchasing and managing RE investment portfolio to addressing personal/family specific adaptation needs.

We’re seeking a strategic, hands-on Chief Executive Officer to manage the operational side of our business in a fast-paced, small-team environment.

What we offer

• Competitive base starting from $10-15k/month

• Extremely attractive performance-based bonuses (no cap)

• Full-time contract, flexible starting hours, hybrid format (at least 2-3 days at the office)

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee Ops, Finance, Legal, HR and IT to ensure seamless & streamlined functioning.

• Build and scale internal processes, systems, and structures to support sustainable growth and operational excellence.

• Monitor financial performance, budgets, and KPIs, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives and identifying areas for improvement, implementing corrective actions as needed.

• Provide strategic leadership to department heads, fostering collaboration, accountability, and high performance.

• Drive cost optimization and value creation while maximizing return on investment through effective resource management and operational planning.

• Develop and implement the leveraging of technology and property management for more effective operations

• Oversee the development and implementation of policies and controls in compliance with local regulations and best practices, ensuring risk mitigation and proactively implementing precautionary measures

• Cultivate a high-performance culture that promotes innovation, talent development, and organizational alignment by mentoring subordinates, setting key performance indicators, accurate and timely reporting, transparency practices and through effective communication of strategy throughout the org

Requirements & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in operational management roles (C-lvl) at high-growth companies (vertical/industry agnostic)

• 4+ years expertise/strong acumen and/or educational background in corporate finance with a demonstrated ability to analyse complex data and financial models to support strategic decision-making.

• Ability to operate independently/autonomously without a large team or internal infrastructure under high pressure

• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence at the executive level.

• Comfortable with frequent travel (in perspective), state-wide & international

• Highly adaptable and systemic mindset with the ability to lead strategically and drive transformation in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
