We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer for an international IT company that provides services of dedicated servers, cloud technologies, load balancer, firewall, Kubernetes and monitoring services.
Location: Serbia
What you will be doing:
- provide technical support to customers in writing;
- diagnose hardware, software, and network failures of virtual and physical servers;
- solve tasks related to basic system administration of servers;
- monitor servers and network equipment;
- work with cloud technologies.
We expect that you:
- have an intermediate level of English or above;
- understand the principles of network protocols and services (OSI, TCP/IP, DNS);
- understand computer hardware;
- attentiveness and ability to search and analyze information.
Will be an advantage if you:
- have experience in installing Windows/Linux OS.
- have experience with Linux operating systems and basic knowledge of working in the Linux terminal.
