Trainee Lead Generation Specialist

We, Aksamit Mobile Solutions, specialize in mobile application development for tech startups and established enterprises in the US and Western Europe. Our projects are not tied to one area, so there is an opportunity to work with cool products in Fintech, Game, Health, Social Media, etc. Our team is actively growing and now we are looking for a Lead Generation Specialist. You are able to achieve personal results, expand horizons, and test new hypotheses and channels.

Requirements:

• English proficiency at B2 level or above
• Responsible, proactive, and attentive to details
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Quick learner who can adapt to new tasks efficiently
• Self-motivated (able to work independently and as part of a team)
• Flexible and comfortable with evolving priorities
• Results-oriented with a focus on delivering impact
• Alignment with company values and culture
• Emotionally intelligent with stable professional demeanor
• Curious and eager to grow – excited by new industries and challenges
• Excellent communication skills (prior client-facing experience is a plus)
• Awareness of lead gen’s strategic importance
• Confident in phone outreach (comfortable speaking English on calls)

Responsibilities:

- Searching for potential customers primarily via UpWork.
- Engaging in business correspondence with prospects and presenting the company’s services.
- Referring qualified leads to sales managers for further processing.
- Qualifying incoming inquiries, including holding calls with potential customers.
- Managing documents and keeping the CRM system up to date.
- Working with databases and coordinating with the research team to extract relevant leads.
- Creating and optimizing outreach sequences for lead generation.

Work format: On-site (8 hours/day)
