Product Owner with AI experience

We are looking for an experienced Product Owner with AI experience!

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning and Research

• Conduct in-depth research on the GenAI/LLM solutions market
• Analyze the competitive landscape and identify market opportunities
• Formulate and validate hypotheses for product creation and development
• Develop product strategy aligned with the company’s business goals

Product Management

• Create and maintain a well-prioritized product backlog
• Develop epics/lean business cases within the Scaled Agile Framework
• Write user stories
• Manage the product roadmap and plan releases

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with development, design, and QA teams
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop GTM strategies

Business Modeling and Analytics

• Develop business models for products
• Build financial forecasts and conduct ROI analysis
• Define and monitor key product metrics (KPI/OKR)

Competencies:

Professional Experience

• At least 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner/Product Manager
• 2+ years of experience with AI/ML products or technologies
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with LLMs (GPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.)
• Experience working within the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
• English - Upper Intermediate

Technical Skills

• Deep understanding of the capabilities and limitations of modern LLMs
• Knowledge of prompt engineering and fine-tuning principles
• Understanding of GenAI solution architectures and API integrations
• Basic knowledge of ML concepts and model quality metrics
• Experience with vector databases and RAG systems

Methodological Skills

• Expert-level proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Experience with tools: Jira, Confluence, Miro/Figma
• Knowledge of Lean Startup and Design Thinking practices Skills in conducting user research and customer development
• Experience creating customer journey maps and personas

Analytical Skills

• Strong data-driven decision-making abilities
• Experience with analytics tools
• Skills in financial modeling and business planning
• Ability to conduct competitive analysis and assess market size
