We are a sports digital media outlet with readers in over 10 countries worldwide. We develop web services in the sports and betting industry, help people navigate this niche, and recover players' funds in cases of unfair treatment by bookmakers. We are a leader in the online sports media sphere!

We are currently looking for a Team Assistant for our partner project — Responsible Gambling.

Responsible Gambling – is an online publication that provides transparent, objective, and data-driven research and information. The goal of RG.org is to foster the further development of betting culture in North America by raising awareness, educating, and supporting our audience on their journey through sports and entertainment.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Team-Level Communication
• Meeting Management and Follow-Ups
• Expense Monitoring, Payments Processing, and Expense Reporting
• Managing Vacations and Time Off
• Partners Data Management
• Participation in Hiring and Onboarding New Employees
• Participation in the Offboarding Process
• Business Trip Organisation

• Fluent written and spoken English
• 1–3 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
• Proactive and solution-oriented approach
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment
• Discretion and ability to handle confidential information
